Venti-Now is pleased to announce that we received IRS tax exempt 501(c)3 status on July 23, 2021 and is effective back to our nonprofit formation on March 25, 2020. Donations to Venti-Now are tax deductible retroactive to March 25, 2020.
The needs in East Africa where we have been distributing our devices are dire as the Delta variant spreads and there are no vaccine programs to counter this.
